IRC5 iRB2400 Robot System
Below is Northline’s ABB IRC5 with IRB2400 manipulator robot system. IRC5 is ABB’s fifth generation robot controller. Its motion control technology, featuring TrueMove & QuickMove, is key to the robot’s performance in terms of accuracy, speed, cycle-time, programmability, and synchronization with external devices. Our test system allows us to support dynamic repair and testing on IRC5 integral components such as the teach pendants, servo controllers, power supplies, auxiliary modules and servo motors. Repaired equipment is energized and system-tested to ensure a quality repair.
